I am going to need a set of hood hinges for my 70. What years are compatible for ease of looking? :?

They offer then in reproductions from Dennis C instead of having to hunt through junk yards, but I don't know how good the repros are.
1969 Ford F-100. 302 4 barrel, C4 auto, 9in 3.50 open rear, headers, power steering, Turq/wht, Under restoration. In other words, in a million pieces!!!

There is no Replacement for Displacment!!!

heres a bit of info that i saw on barrett jackson the other night. the chrome hinges are suppose to be the way to go because they are a part that has lots of potentianl for wear and the chrome protects them from wear more than paint does.

the aftermarket companies have them and ebay does sometimes.

Really? I've never seen chrome door hinges for bumpside trucks. :?

Whoops...mistyped that. :doh: I meant hood hinges. Anyway, I don't think anyone actually produces chrome-plated hood hinges, I just think we've seen a listing or two on E-bay where someone had a pair chromed and then decided to sell them off.

i'm looking for them hold on. i know i've seen them. it wasn't lmc if someone has a denniscarpenter catalog please look for me. i cant wait all night on acrobat reader to download a catalog.

i can't get into any of that acrobat stuff. it locked up my computer this time. your on your own looking them up. i am sure i saw then in a online catalog at one time. maybe npd.
