Swapping in blade fuse box.

I have the 82 T-bird She is pretty much a dieing car as the floor is rusting out under the seat and as she is an 82 just not the kinda bird you would restore.

The fuse box is just a hair wider than the original. Could i gety away with harvesting this thing and wiring my spare harness back into it one circuit at a time?

I'm also considering grabing everything that can be used on a truck including the duraspark set up.

Why? :hmm: What do you hope to gain by doing so? Since the harnesses are completely different between the two vehicles, you'd still have to adapt your truck harness to it. It would be a major PIA and you'd still have to contend with the old truck harness. I see nothing to be gained and plenty to lose....but that's just my :2cents: FWIW.

i was hoping to have a newer fuse style and Have a dedicated fuse for my Radio's battery plus that didn't have to run all the way out the firewall.

But it does look quite challenging.
