does anybody know for sure if the spindels are the same for a 67 and a 69 ,,,,,for drum brakes

i would think that they are. do the auto part store search thing for both trucks and see if you turn up the same part number for both years.

For an F100, yes. For an F250, I'm not sure. I know that early '70's used different king pin diameters based on the GVWR of the truck, but I'm not sure when Ford started doing that.
