This should be a sticky!!!!!!!!
I just received my left and right headlight buckets. Beautiful work except the headlights will have to mount upside down to fit in either bucket. The tangs that register the headlights are backwards.
I cut the slots out and got them to work. LMC Trucks would have taken them back but that would have left me without adjustable headlights.
My buckets were that rusted out.

You are kidding. All that time wasted on making something upside down. You think they will correct future buckets

It goes deeper, When I bought my headlights from them they would only mount upside down
, so i bought the buckets and they worked fine.
I think maybe Dick Chaney told Geogre Bush to make them that way or maybe it was a page that did not get an IM.
anyway somebody thinks like GM and made the backa$$wards.

7in Round lights and 5ers have had the same registration tabs by federal law since the late 40s.
