well I messed up, good thing the trans was cheep.

remember transmission inspection shields have a purpose. :hmm:

well I left one off on a customers 86 Chevy. lowride pu and well a bag of like rags he hit on the hwy, got sucked in and cracked the trans housing and bent the flex plate :cry: :x who would think.....#$*% just my luck $140 tow and $125 for a trans. No profit in this job. :cry:

Ouch! Glad you stand behind your work. Wouldn't expect anything less from a fordificationer.

Once I forgot to put fluid in 1996 k1500 4x4 5spd trans after replacing, new venture transmission that was ordered in from canada, last one in north america. Thats what happens when cheby put foreign trans in a truck. I had to mess up that one. Ended up pulling new truck off line and using it for parts. sssshhhhhh that not supposed to happen.

i work for yancey caterpillar hear in georgia man i feel your pain in my time there i've only had two re works but the still stink but when you rebuild stuff from one end to another you gonna mess something up.
