does anybody know if auto glass shops stock and or replace windshields in our old trucks? or am i going to have to do it my self and try and find a donor windshield. Mine needs it, i got a warning from the police men.

Glass shops should have them. If they don't have one in stock they can get one. They are still being made.

New glass about $125 and new gasket about $75. That was last time I checked a couple years ago.
72 F100 2wd 360 C6 Custom w/factory PS.

I'd call around to different shops if you get quoted something rediculous. I've seen $300 differences in prices from shop to shop for windshields.

If you buy a used windshield most glass installers will not install it as they cannot warranty it and if it breaks you're screwed.. There could be tiny cracks that cause it to break from the handling necessary to install it and they won't be responsible. So they say...
