lower fender bolt?

if i still have the peice of metal used to anker the corner of the fender by the door and clean all rust away can it be reinstalled or is finding a better cab easier?

I don't understand what you're asking. Here's a picture of that lower fender-mount on a cab:



This is welded to the underside of the rocker panel, and will have a J-clip nut slid over it, which will allow you to bolt the fender on. Is this what you're asking about?

yes my pass. side appearantly broke. or rusted at the welds.

if you can find the part your needing maybe you can make a new one. it shouldn't be that hard to do.
