The middle (open) pulley on the crank and outer water pump open spot are for my double alt pulley when it gets in.

The double pulley that bolted onto the crank pulley/balancer needed the bolt holes ovaled toward the outside 1/8" since the bolt circle on the balancer/pulley was slightly larger than the 68 pulley's pattern.

Yes sir! The pulley set has a slight lip on it that aligns over the balancer's pulley, to keep it concentric.
I just looked tonight and the pulleys are C8AE numbered.

Doug.

now since im not running dual alternator betls though...would i be able to run the p.s belt on the second sheave.?
possibly without the spacers for the bracket..or might it be better to just run the second sheave blank

you will have to have some sort of spacer between the bracket and the water pump or the lower part of the bracket will hit the water pump and it wont bolt on right or tight.

Yes. If you got a single crank pulley to bolt up to your balancer/pulley and have (can use the standard single water pump pulley), the standard PS bracket will line up to the 2nd crank sheave without spacers.
