If your IP address is banned, it should say so in an error message. If so, go to the AuthServ Account Services page at
http://www.afternet.org/index.php?optio ... k=register for an account there. (Takes just a few seconds.) Then you can click on the
RBL exemption form link to paste your IP address in that form to request a temporary reprieve from the ban.

....ok, I got "java"....I got an IRC account password....now I cant seem to use the password to "authenticate" my "blacklisted" ISP (at home on dialup)......anyone figured this step out yet?....I'll keep trying and let you know if I get it........... 
p.s. I still can log on no problem from work and did get to chat today with RED67.....I hope it can work! 
...but every time I log on, I have to "apply for a temporary exemption on my blacklisted ISP"....haha, what-ever! It seems to me though that a chat would definately be worth putting together even if this isnt the right platform for it....
