I like the later suggestions from the other members. Sorry, no offense, but to me 20" wheels look like they belong on a pimpmobile. MHO.

Keep in mind that the bigger the rim and the lower the tire profile the rougher your ride is going to be.

A fellow I met put a similar set-up on his BIg SUV and he siad it ruined the ride so much he was thinking of going back to a smaller 15-17 inch wheel.

Try a 5 spoke black rim 17 inch and put on a chrome trim ring around it. that would look good IMO.

thanks for all of the feedback and ideas.....I'm beginning to think that 20's are too big, perhaps something more "period" looking, as well, without actuallly being a 10 year old design.....

If you don't want stock, the only choice is an old style aluminum slotted wheel. Maybe a clen five spoke after that if you had to have a third choice. :D

I have the Crager 441,s steel wheels in 17x8 but I'm saving up for a set of 96 Chrome 18x9 Svt Lightning wheels. Or the aluminum Crager SS in 18x8

Okay In order to clear things up for all the Brothers.

Here is the List of the Coolest, Most Awesome Wheels/Rims to put on a 67-72 F-Series:
In Aluminum - American Racings Torq- Thrust D's , followed by the 60's US MAG reproduction. and the tried and true economical Outlaw II.
In Steel - It's the Smoothie followed by the White Spoke or Wagon Wheel.

How's that!

Completely agreeing with mrung0wa's list of the "Coolest, Most Awesome Wheels/Rims to put on a 67-72 F-Series".

Im especially partial to the Torq- Thrust D although the 60's US MAG -reproduction is equally nice on a 67-72 truck.
For steel the Smoothie/Baby Moon cant be beat.
I cant find a set of those to fit an F250 bolt pattern so I opted for the White spoke wagon wheel. But that style wheel looks great in black too.

Totally agree. If I were to put aftermarket wheels on mine it would be the aluminum wheels all the way on the right of your picture. The othes look good too. I can't stand 20's
