re: extended cab???
Keith I give that
. The one in the middle is perfect. Just add a small window. However I do believe a short bed would look better.

re: extended cab???
I saw an extended cab 72 F-350 in Delta Junction about a year and a half ago I really liked the look it sort of looks like the picture that Keith has but the guy had a window in the extended portion. Who ever did the work did not do a very good job there was bondo cracking out everywhere. I was told that the Alaska pipeline crews had some 67-72 chevy trucks built for work on the pipeline in the early days.

re: extended cab???
I've been thinking of doing this also! Since the windshields are the same, I was planning on the '73-79 Extra Cab graft onto my '72... use the roof etc. from the later truck , graft the A-pillars and graft right behind the doors on the earlier truck as the rear door edge is shaped different and you wouldn't have to fool with the door jamb. Then reskin the new rear portion of the cab. Sounds simple
I'd want to leave mine a long bed so the frame would have to be extended. I think it would look awesome and be more functional.

I don't want to give em a heart-attack. That is what would happen if I answered the door in the buff. Heck it almost scares me to death when I step out of the shower and look in the mirror.~Mancar1~
