If you cut off the bottom half of all the wheels.......


:P Just foolin.

Cut springs in front. Now bend axles to get tires to sit straight.
Remount rear axle on top of the springs. Take care to get the pinion
angle close, or it will shake like a wet dog. Don't ask how I know.
