It is the MS bracket.
I looked at the engine perch on the drivers side. It has has a notch cut into it so the Ford PS gear would fit, and the notch was definetly not made by the factory. The PS gear bolts directly to the frame, so whoever installed it did a good job
I have a PS truck with MS brackets! Everything lines up perfectly, though, so that's the way it's gonna be!
