Welp, I finally chose electric gauges. This is because I had a hard time finding USA made gauges that I really liked the looks of that came with mechanical guts.

I finally went with the gauges I liked the looks of best of all. Well actually, I really liked the ISSPRO gauges but they're made in India so I avoided them. Here are my new gauges:

They're made by Teleflex in Florida. All six gauges, plus the senders, came to $455. Not bad for USA made gauges, I think! They have red through-the-dial lighting.

As recommended, I'll probably have a mechanical oil pressure gauge attached to the engine for the first start-up.
