Here are some quick field notes on Argentine-built F-100s. Model changes tended to lag 12 to 18 months behind their North American counterparts.
1967 style grille: 1968-69
1969 style grille: 1970-71
1970 style grille: 1972-73
Argentina didn't use the 1971 or 72 grilles.
The really interesting thing about these trucks is the use of a side latch-handle tailgate like those used on the 1961-63 Unibodies. Also, Ford Argentina offered three engines, an I-6 (not sure which one, but probably Falcon related), a Y-Block V8 (maybe the 292?) and beginning in 1970, a Diesel. Here is an Argentine ad for the world's first F-100 Diesel. Also a 1971 ad showing all engines.
