You wouldn't be cutting up a bump, you'd be sacrificing a dent. :evil:

That's what I did. I had a salvage yard cut the frame off and brought all that home with me. It allowed me to work on it when I had time.

Cost me $100. The cool thing was a guy there getting some parts for his vehicle hauled it home for me. Here's what I brought home:

yeah thats what i want to do.

so it cost you $100 just for them to torch it off? :eek: thats a bit much!

Ryan I think it cost him $100 for the torch job and the parts, not just the torch job... atleast that's what I'm hoping...

I brought home the same thing as above for $250 :cry: but It did have new springs.

Yeah, you are right. The $100 included the parts as well. They used a reciprocating saw to cut the frame for me. It worked great for me because I could work on getting it off the frame whenever I had the time.

the truck is pretty much down to the frame and everything is going to be gone over, all bushings replaced and everything sanded and por-15ed so it will all be like new :thup:

SHEESH still havent found a dent with the front clip removed and went to a Ford junkyard and they wanted $350 :eek: jeebers!
