Welcome from t-town in okla. besides the carb IMO your gonna have to do a complete brake system over haul new master cylinder and wheel cylinders also. I would also replace the rubber lines for the brakes. Check all the fuel lines also for rotting hoses.

Mine was sitting for 3 yrs and the wheel cylinders were full of rust. I also did a complete fluid change on the brake system. I wanted to make sure i wasn't going to have any problems later down the road.
