we had a '74 f-350 on a farm i worked at.
Lost the clutch in it one day too!
Front cab mounts were literally gone. The owners had jacked up the cab, and then cut a steel post to length, going inbetween the frame rail and the lip on the front of the cab.
One on each side, spot welded to the frame.
Clutch worked great in that truck after that.
