Hey a GREAT IDEA for a T-Shirt!!!
Big letters- FTE with the red circle and diagonal line,
and Just Say No to FTE.

I'd wear it at SuperNats in a heart beat.

Man,
I got sucked into another anti-FTE thread:
BigRed Says

"Club FTE offers Ford truck, van and SUV owners an opportunity to benefit with
expanded features and speed on the Ford Truck Enthusiasts web site at a value price:......"

Funny they send that email out. It SHOULD read:

Fordification is the only truck site you'll ever need.

I have never been a member of "THAT" site but I may become one to be a major PITA. Outa go over there and say I have a 71 and some guy named Keith has a really good site and on and on. Just to rile some feathers.

I WAS a moderator on FTE . At the time I was unemployed and thus spent alot of time on the site .
A few (2 months) after I became a moderator I started work and I was not able to spend as much time on the site . The last time I logged on I found out that I was no longer a moderator AND I never recived any info from Ken or Dennis . As long as the money comes in they dont care .
I dont want to make a big deal out of it but I find this site to be alot more laid back . People who are here help one another and are not trying to make themselves look better then everyone else .
I really enjoy this site ( even though I only own a 1975) !!

I've gotten email from them telling me how much they missed me and please won't I come back and be an active participant again.
They just want me to log on so they can get another penny from their advertisers.
Ain't gonna do it!!

I run a car site or two myself, and while it would be nice to get some money coming in from advertising, I just haven't been able to bring myself to do it. If I could bring in $10,000 a month or something where I could quit real work I would do it, I guess...but not if I had to get on my knees to advertisers.

Anyone tell me what a site with a bunch of ads like that actual nets? I sell shirts with my site's logo on them, but they're cool shirts. :P Plus I don't make more than a few bucks a month on them...I just about break even on hosting (I have 19,000 photos online on one site).

Anyway, great job, Keith, I've never even visited the other site and don't stick around long at those sites where ads are shoved into every orifice, er, every available corner of the screen.
