Go for it. I loved my 2 wheel drive 360 c6 combo. And up until may this year it never had trouble hualing a load or a$$.

I'm picking it up on monday, the guy had to wait till he picked up his new car. I'll post some pictures when I get and look it over more closely. Thanks for the input. You have a great little community here.

Welcome from Cali. You can't do any better. Unless you want fancy.
This version of the Ford PU was the finest one they made. The 360
is a good engine. Rugged. 8)
