make what out of 10 gauge? what measurement is 10gauge = to? If your talking about frame, just go with box tubing....

10 gauge is .135 thou. if i go with box tube, there will still be some bends needed. if i go with flat steel, i can make the kick ups as high as i want without bends.
and be smooth when done

I hope your a professional welder . I personally would just go with square tubing and pie cut it every little bit to get your bend, but thats just me. and you not gunna have to kick it up reall, other than to clear the axle.
