frame height?

I know this is something I can go out and measure but I am tired and just not wanting to move to be honest lol. What is the demensions of our frame UNDER THE CAB. im looking to stock floor body drop the truck, and need to know this. im guessing 4-4.5x2-3 let me know if you guys know off hand, would be a great help.

wow, i thought it was a bit taller than that!

thanks though. and is there any pics of a body in like coloring book mode? i need to try some paint schemes lol. i may just make my own though.

the number you gave me just didnt sound right. so i went outside and it is 6 inches tall. thanks for all the help though.

Whoops....you're right, sorry about that. :oops: I was reading the schematic in that link incorrectly...it's kinda hard to see where the arrow was pointing to. That measurement is for the amount of dip the frame takes between the front suspension and the rear spring's front mount.

alright i wasnt going to ask, but i am now. i looked at the schematics, and without measureing the truck myself, it looks like mid rail width to mid rail width is 31.84. does this make any sense at all? s10's are 36.75 i believe.... how are our frames narrower than a mini truck?

well i think i answered my own question. it looks as though the body mounts are OUTSIDE of the frame. are my measurements right?

ok im stupid. i cant find where that pic above came from on the sight.

love the dimension info, but where is it stored on here. might be other good stuff i didnt know about or couldnt find i should say
