i have a 68 f-100 and i have been looking for a 73-78 donor truck... there is this guy that i talk to and he said he would give me his 79 f-150.. the body is gone but everythig else is pretty good.....my question is if i can take off the whole front suspension and put it on my 68? :evil:

yes it will work :D
The only thing you need to watch out for is the tie rods
length of taper and the pitman arm tapers diameter.. in the later 70's trucks.

well the guy told me that it dint have the steering box...but im not too worried about that...my main concern was if everything else was swapable...thanks for the info...tho...i will get on it asap.. :evil:

you need the pitman arm to fit the drag links of the 79
