P/S conversion Question

the article on p/s conversion says i can use a pump and mounting bracketry from any 67 thru 79 Ford trucks. Does this include the vans?

Yes, in fact the vans use the Saginaw pump which is much better than the whiny Ford pump that likes to puke and foam. Make sure you grab the power steering hoses too.

Curious... Is the Ford pump the one with the round/longer resevoir, and the Saginaw with the shorter/almost oval shaped resevoir? If so then I have a Ford pump but what makes the Saginaw better?
