Does anyone make a Inner door post repair piece?

I need one for the drivers side of my '72. I see I can get them for the '73-'79 but can't find anywhere that has them for the '67-'72's.

are you talking about a door pillar if so the front or the rear of the cab?

Front, the piece that curves up from the rocker into the front pillar. I see these pieces made for the '73up and they make them about 9" up past the curve. If you have a NPD catalog it is on page 217 and they call it a door post repair. I would think they are different from '72 to '73.

ok i saw the part you want or atleast i saw enough to know what you mean. i have a cab i'm going to haul off after this weekend. should i cut out that part for you?

Well if it wouldn't be too much trouble that would be great. The only bad part on mine is the actual curve so it would only need to be cut a couple inches past the curve on ea. side.

I have 5 catalogs that I have been looking through. I have NPD which you said it wasn't there. Maybe it was LMC. I pretty sure it wasn't Macs, Paddock, or Blue Oval Truck Parts.

NPD and LMC are the only 2 I have at the moment and niether show them for the '67-'72s.

so you need the front or back and do you need the drivers or passenger side. how far interior and exterior should i figure to cut it.

Front drivers side. Inside cut all the way to the lip and outside needs to be cut around 4" from what I can tell, might need to be cut all the way around to where the front of the cab is, if that makes any sense. I have to guess since it is totally gone on mine. I'd also say start a few inches before and after the curve.
