On a 1976 F100 Would the pitman arm of a manual steering truck be any different than power steering?

You need to look real close the holes taper size and the center links taper size it is normally different and if you get it wrong it can mean you will loose you steering at the worst possibly time trust me I scared the @!%& out of my self more than once.
