Thanks for the cheer, jeers and suggestions everyone. I appreciate your input.

The design itself is pretty much decided upon for this first printing. I really would prefer to keep things as simple as I can, so until I can learn the ins and outs of everything, there won't be any kids's sizes, other colors except gray, no tanktops, and no front pockets (for some reason, girls don't seem to like this feature as well as some of us guys anyway!). If this works out as well as I'm hoping (and thinking) it might though, then the next printing will probably be expanded into an upgraded design (with two trucks), additional colors, front pockets, etc.

The shirts will be heavy Hanes or Fruit of the Loom...I'd rather spend a little more to get something that'll last. (I've got a dozen FOTL shirts that I've had for 5-6 years, get worn and washed once a week...and are still holding up great with little fading.) Also, I've been checking out the tags on some of my favorite most-often-worn T's and see that virtually all of them are a 50/50 blend (cotton/polyester), so while I haven't decided for sure yet, since the end price will probably have something to do with it, but that's what I'm kinda leaning towards now.

I don't have an accurate idea yet on cost...I'll be sitting down with the rep within the next week to try to hash that part out. I'll definitely keep everybody informed.

As for payment, I'm thinking about PayPal as well. I'll set up an account just for the shirts and will announce when I'm ready for orders to be placed. I'll set a deadline for orders to be in (30-60 days probably) and then at the end of that period, the printing will begin. My lovely wife has agreed to help out with the books and shipping, so you can all breathe a collective sigh of relief that it's not TOTALLY up to me! ;)

Like I said, as soon as I find out more, I'll let you all know. Stay tuned. :D

I like the 50/50 shirts just fine. I think the Fruit of the loom shirts hold up a little better than anything else too.
Now maybe some embroidried caps!!
