relocation/leafsprings

does anyone have some pics of leafsprings relocated to the inner frame..i was thinking of doing that but i was wondering what was involved in doing it..

The way I would do that is by boxing the sections were the leafspring mounts are going to sit with some 1/4 inch plate.

I have moved the leafs inboard on a 77swb and a 65 step side!

Cut ( FOUR ) pieces of an old ford truck frame that has been junked, fit them to the inside of your good frame, add weld and bolts, the leafs are now inboard, time for the (big WIDE tires)!
