bolt pattern swap?

I have been shopping for rims for my 68 2wd and all the rims I like they don't make in a 5x5.5 ford pattern. Has anyone found a rotor that will swap on the disc brake spindle to make it a 5x4.5 or 5x4.75 or something more available. Thinking about custom rims from oasis or intro they will make them in what I need but they are a bit expensive. If the front cant be swaped out to a more popular bolt pattern I'll go the made to order route.
