Took Floyd to a Truck/Tractor/Engine show today. Had a great time and fun to take the truck out. Realized this morning that I'd never seen Floyd (or any of my trucks) drive down the road. Since my wife was driving Floyd while I drove Ilene, we grabbed a little video of Floyd:

Since I built this truck, I've wanted to add a receiver hitch so that I could tow my little trailer level. But as low clearance as the rear is, I just didn't want to build something that would hang down any lower than the bumper currently. Since I'll never tow more than 1,500 lbs it certainly didn't need to be as robust as the one on the F250 I built. I finally decided I'd just incorporate it into the bumper. Had to move the plate light, but other than that it was a pretty quick modification. Functional and doesn't sit any lower than the chain links for the safety chains.
