Rear Drum to Disc on Dana 60

I am rebuilding a 65 F250. I found the articles to convert the front from drum to Disc. So, I have pulled the front end of 68 F250 with dual caliper 68 and converted the front.

I am wondering about converting the rear axle which is a Dana 60 to disc. I have found ruff stuff and lugnut 4x4 that seem to make some kits that use some gm parts, but none of them say they fit a 65. Has anyone used them or know of a good way to convert them to rear disc? These kits don't say what their parts are, so I am a little worried about trying to find pads and replacement rotors down the road.
