Can I tap into cigarette lighter for power for memory wire on my stereo

Welcome to our site. You can do that , but a cleaner installation would be to the fuse box.
There might be a lug to plug into or they used to make a spade terminal that would wrap around the fuse to tap into.
use a test light to look for one with power with the key off.
