HI,
Machine shop that worked on my engine misplaced the dipstick for my 70 302 W. The dipstick location is on the timing cover. Does anyone know what is the correct length of the stick for a replacement?
Thanks

Be advised most parts stores will try to sell you cheap JACKIE CHAN chrome plated I never had luck sealing into the timing cover.

Thanks for that. I did end up buying this one on summit racing, https://www.summitracing.com/parts/sdk-c5az-6750-ac, but would like to confirm length.basketcase0302 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 01, 2022 6:32 amI believe I have one buried out in my shop, I'll try to dig down to it today.=jgf100 post_id=773807 time=1646058166 user_id=23212
