New guy
Hello and thanks for allowing me in. Just got a F350 with dump cylinders. Has a bad 360 with a 4 speed. I bought a 460 to put in it. Pretty solid truck with some rust on the rear bottom of the front fenders. Intial plans, extensive cleaning, get it running and stopping, build some sides. I like orginal patina so I am curious how the paint looks after cleaning and rubbing it out. Will be my 1st engine swap, but I think I can do it with some help from my friends. Look forward to the build.

from Colorado! When I was first learning how to drive, one of the vehicles I learned on was an F350 dump truck, brings back memories.

If this is your first swap, keep in mind that the 360 and 460 will not bolt to the same bell housing, so you'll have to change those out as well. I think you'll be plenty happy with the low end torque of the 460 engine.
