71' bump from central NC
Greetings from NC! I have often visited this forum but have only today decided to join as a member. Last year I came across a 1971 F100 long bed with a 360 and a three on the tree. I was originally looking for a straight drive inline six, but the more I looked at this one the more I liked it. As far as I can tell it is unmolested and original. I was excited to discover it has the original dealer installed AC (of which I cannot find any literature on), and it has the two extra fuel tanks in front of both rear wheels with the selector on the floor next to the seat. It is not a camper special and does not have the pull out bumper so the fact that it has the extra fuel tanks kind has me puzzled. Anyway, enough rambling, I am glad to be a part of your community and hope I can help others as well as get help from others.

Great looking truck.
I'm over near Liberty.. about 45 minutes from you. We have a few folks from NC on here. Might have to do a meet and greet one of these days

Thanks for the warm welcome from all of you. I look forward to talking with you all. As far as my fellow Tarheels are concerned, a meet and greet would be a great thing.
