I want to say they are 1/4" or 5/16". NAPA can get them if you don't find another set.

They are 21/64's or 11/32nds. I've looked but haven't found a source yet.

Re: Ashtray side bearings
Can we get a look at the bracket that holds the bearing in place? I have 68 and a 71, both are missing the bearings and the bracket.

Re: Ashtray side bearings
I'm about to go through fixing mine as well. Was stuck shut until last week, but knocked it out while doing some other stuff under the dash. Though the bearing retainer was gone as well, but someone had wedged it into the top of the ashtray.
The bearing retainer has two little tabs that stick down into the bearing track. When installed would those tabs be towards the front of the truck or rear?
I'll keep a few sets as spares, but got to figure out what to do with the other 80 or so. Think they'd be big enough for sling shot ammo? I don't have a slingshot yet...

That's what I did, but at Amazon. I think in ended up with 100 for about $10.jp2005 wrote:Well guys Ace was no help wrong sizes. Wouldn't that be to the back, relative to the front and back of the truck?sargentrs wrote:See the first photo. The tabs go to the front.
