new F series owner

Post by DiabloGT »

Hello to all, my name is Mark and I have now a 1973 F350 2wd dually... I purchased the truck in January of this year so I can haul my 30' fifth wheel trailer... originally the truck came with a 360 2bbl with a new process 435 but was swapped with a 460 backed by a c6... I was told that the engine was seized but after getting into it, found #1 and #5 rods destroyed, #1 being the worst... have another 460 ready to go but joined here to get more info and ideas...

Sweet. Pics? I'd like to see the truck, and the engine damage if you have any.

Hope you have 2 jobs. That's a lot of gas.

You will have to reduce them via MS paint or a photo editing program, or host them on the web.

PM me if you wish and I will send you my e-mail, you can send them to me and I will reduce them and put them in your post.

If you're doing it from your phone, view the photo and then take a screenshot. Crop it a little and save it. That usually works to make it small enough to upload. Phone cameras take huge photos nowadays.
