There is a bolt in the passenger side exhaust manifold (about dead center in the length of the manifold) that looks like it might be the port for the choke heat tube:

My 2100 carb has a heat choke, so I'll need to hook that up if this is, indeed the port I'm looking for. It's a 360 from a '74. Any ideas?

It looks like it's an add on aftermarket fitting for the choke tube.
What ever you do Don't just stick a tube into the manifold , the exhaust gasses will ruin the choke mechanism .

No, it should be further back. I think that might have been for the heat shroud on certain years.
