67 F100 rear flange gasket
Doing a seal change and brake rebuild in my 67 truck. The rear end has paper flange gaskets on the backside of the backing plate. The new version of this gasket from the auto parts store is metal, the newer gasket has a slight bump on one side and a slight beveled edge on the other. My question is, which way do I install the new style gasket? Bump side out with the beveled edge in or vise versa?
