1968 F250

Found and am beginning to restore a tired old 68 F250, 360FE.
I am experiencing all of the newcomer problems. Fun stuff.

I am in need of the front emergency brake cable. Mine exploded yesterday...you'd think that they would have lasted longer than 52 years!
Can't seem to locate one on any of the usual go-to places.

I noticed that you asked a question about where to find a replacement front brake cable for your 1968 F250, in the future you might want to post this in the brake section or general discussion section. There is a section on this website for parts wanted & there is a Fordication facebook parts wanted & parts for sale. Dennis Carpenter has a parking brake cable - front for 1967-69, the part # is C7TZ-2853-A it is for F100 and F250. The cost is $109.95
