Crown Vic suspension welded tubes

I thought I saw some one post the p/n of the weld in tubes that hold in the front suspension.
Anyone have the p/n?
Another question.
The diagram for locating the crown Vic suspension on the frame. Anyone know where to find it?
To the people that have done this swap. Did you use the same wheel center line as stock suspension or move the center line slightly forward or back?
