No unless you’ve changed the bolt pattern with a crown vic swap or something.
Stock F100 is 5 on 5.5 in.

You can buy adapters that will change the bolt pattern size but they do affect the offset because they are basically a plate with holes that match the 5 1/2 pattern and studs to match whatever pattern you are going to......I have a photo of a 68 that was for sale locally that had them.....if I can get it to upload I will post it.....

Re: 70 f100 lug pattern
Hey, I measured the studs, I'm almost positive they are 5 1/4" center to center of every other stud????? It's a 70 XLT, 2wd, could it be 5 1/4? I'm a rookie at this so I'm learning as I go.

No, they are bigger. Google measuring wheel pattern for how to do it on a 5 bolt. Center of one stud to edge of the other if memory serves for a 5 bolt pattern.

Re: 70 f100 lug pattern
IIRC... On a 5 lug pick two studs adjacent studs and lay a straight edge across them. Then measure from center point on straight edge to center of stud directly across the hub.
For F-100 and F-150 up through 96 it should be a 5x5.5" lug pattern or metric equivalent.
Mustang, Crown Vic, and the small Rangers were 5x4.5" (aka 5x114.3 mm ).
89+ Thunderbird, Taurus, and several of the compact care were 5x108mm, found out the hard way. Taurus changed to 5x114.3mm around 2010.
That pretty much covers Ford's 5 lug patterns. Not even going to attempt offsets and backspace.
EDIT: Just happened upon this old post while searching for something else. In event someone found and used this info I want to make a small correction to what I posted above. Apparently some, but not all, early 80s F-100s used a 5x4.5 lug pattern, so if you look for wheels during this period definitely check out the lug pattern.
