hi guys..i have been lurking for awhile now trying to gather info on these older fords and fe motors...i recently was gifted a 69 ranger 250 from my uncle..finally got it towed to my place this weekend..

truck is fairly original, and hasnt moved since late 80s. has the classic corner roof rot but is fairly solid, especially underneath..i gave it a good bath once home.

uncle has some nos parts for it....front grille and buckets, upper and lower body trim, various interior parts..
truck does have original 390 and c6 inside. i would really like to swap to a modern 5 speed manual as the resto goes, like a tko or the like. we recently parted his 70 250 that was a 390 with a four speed, so i saved alot of parts from that..

thanks for the welcome guys...im located in mercer pa.

im hoping the motor isnt seized...had a hard time getting the plugs out, then i sprayed a large amount of sea foam "deep creep" in each plug hole to let it sit for awhile. many things under the truck are pretty nice/solid, including the cab mounts..water dripping on the truck and getting on and in the engine bay was bad..
