Both the white and red terminal are showing Positive

Basically.im looking.for how this thing should be wired. I think.i have it wrong. Big black wire to the red. White to the white. Black.with red stripe should be my ground. Think.im.missing the white with red stripe hooks up to the black?
Kinda a mess my project is lol.
