New guy from CA (1969 F250 Camper)

Post by FoundationAC »

Hi Everyone,

Just took delivery of a 95%+ original 1969 F250 Camper. This is going to be a daily driver for our construction business (light material pick-ups & marketing) so we don't want to do a full restoration. The current condition is right about where we want it. We just need to overhaul the systems, get it reliable and do some recommended small upgrades.

I'm completely open to suggestions including tool purchases.

Thanks

Greg

Welcome from a fellow Camper Special owner in SC!

A worthwhile tool I picked up for a couple bucks was a set of drum brake tools...didn't cost much and sure beats fiddling with a screw driver :2cents:

:wel: From Phoenix AZ. I Love Your Plans for your truck. I Love Seeing them still used.
My only advice would be to upgrade your Distributor from the old points system. worry free :)
