Hi Folks, I just signed up after looking over your site. Lots of great info! I'm hoping to look at a 71 F100. (Waiting to hear if it's still for sale.) It's a 302, 3spd "on the tree", 2wd. It's no show truck, but I just need a daily driver/work horse for around the area where I live. I like the old Fords. I used to own a 69 Ranchero. I drove that for about 12 years every day, I sold it about 10 years ago. I now have a 75 Chevy (whoops!) step van that will be sold, and I need a replacement. The VIN decoding info will be indispensable for checking it out.
I'll post a thread about it if I have any questions after looking at it.
