1968 F100 4x4 Big Sky Country

Post by Hayduke »

Was surfing Craigslist one day and this popped up. I put it to the back of my mind and then called a few days later. It was still available so I committed. $700 bucks and it was all mine. It was a non-runner when I got it but a little money and a little time and it's back on the road. Still needs a lot of work, but I felt pretty good saving it from the crusher. Stock and simple!

Nice. Looks like it's in pretty good shape. I guess the topper kept the bed in fair shape.

Well here are the updates: Motor rebuilt and installed, Radiator fixed and tested, new battery, new fuel tank, new rear brakes. Runs drives, sorta stops. Hoped to get the front brakes done, but old man winter arrived early. Not turning wrenches in single digits.
