Can this tailgate trim be repaired/straighten out?

I have look high and low, can not find a 1970 - 1972 Ranger Tailgate and/or the Tailgate Trim. Please let me know what your thoughts are.
Thank you,

I can't tell if it has holes or just dents and scratches. These guys restore aluminum trim:
kingoftrim.com

There is also a place in Dallas that does trim also.

You most likely won't find OEM trim available and if you do, it will cost $$$. The advice above is accurate. These places are in the business of doing what you need done. Invest your money in keeping your truck as original as possible

I have one just like that on my 68 F-250 but I dont think the finish is any better. Obviously it's the wrong tailgate finisher for me and I had planed to replace it with the correct one and sell this one when I do the body. If you want I could send additional pictures.

They are significant dents, no penetrations. KingofTrim quoted me $1,000. That's a tough pill to swallow.

cstoyer, please do send pics. Treverd@hotmail.com
