New Guy from AZ, 1972 F-250, 360 with Auto

Post by vanleer4 »

Hello everyone,
Coming out of Casa Grande AZ.
Just stopping by and wanted to say thanks for the Ford Vin decoder you guys provided. it help tremendously in finding out were this ole girl came from.
A little about myself, I am a avid car enthusiast finally have completed my collection with the big three with the purchase of my 1972 Ford F-250 with a 360 and Automatic transmission. From the decoder it says it was manufacture in San Jose CA, with a district code of Seattle. its that Grabber Blue but the vin says it was originally Lime, so some where along the 40 year way somebody decided to paint it. My other two vehicles are a 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu, and a 1974 Plymouth Valiant Scamp.

I will try to attached photos of my collection. if I can figure out this website.
I am sure we will come to know each other soon as I will be asking a tons of questions regarding an oil leak I have notice from the rear of engine and the steering needs a little love.

Thanks

Thanks for the welcoming. Well fixed one issue already on f250. The power steering pressure line had lovely hole on the side of it. That damn little piece took me 2 1/5 hrs to fix cause I had to remove so many pieces in order to get to it and place new one on. Who would guess a 16 dollar part would cause such a fuss.
