Looking for a '67 F-250 4x4 body mount kit

Hey guys,
I need to replace the body bushings under my cab and front end. There's a diagram in the documents section of the main site that shows my mounts being the same as an F-350 (link below). The issue I'm having is tracking down these parts individually using the part numbers given on the drawing. Does anybody know of a part number for a kit or a universal kit that would work well? I'd prefer the whole kit with the bolts, washers, nuts, spacers and mounts. Thanks.

you are looking for a cab to frame mounting kit. Dennis-Carpenter.com has them but it is listed as 2w drive. I would think it is the same, give them a call. good luck their number for orders is 1-800-476-9653
